This year my resolutions (life bettering choices) are few.
- Do Better. Oh I do things. I do a lot of things. But I’d like to do somethings better. Mainly, I’d like to feel better about myself. Not sure how to do that yet, but that’s what a life bettering choice is all about.
- Move for 10 minutes a day. If I go walking, jogging, bike riding, running up and down my stairs, dancing with my kids, whatever. I want to choose to move more. Today’s movement? A bike ride to the store and back. Took me less than an hour and I rode a little over 3 miles.
Yep. That’s it. Short and sweet. Maybe I’ll be able to keep those! We’ll have to see.
